Tetra Pak® Big Bag Tipping unit CV VB007 with Tetra Pak® ConeValve is specifically designed to efficiently dump big bags of powders for mainly food and pharmaceutical industries.

The station can easily be integrated into any powder handling installation. Its overall dimensions assure a very small footprint.

The design integrates the latest improvement in hygiene standards by minimizing dust generation and product retention.

The big-bag is lifted and safely lowered on Tetra Pak Big Bag Tipping unit. The Tetra Pak ConeValve goes up and is connected to the passive valve installed on the big-bag. The opening of the Tetra Pak ConeValve allows smooth product fl owing.

The weight of the big-bag automatically tightens the bigbag which will ensure the complete tipping of the product. Tetra Pak ConeValve closes and disconnects from the passive valve and the big-bag is released.
