Ball bearings mounted high resistance steel shaft.
Expansion jaws on double crossed levers.
Rear solid steel coil support disc.
Fast operation front ring for coil blocking, optimizes narrow coils
guiding.
Motorized decoilers are equipped with a metal enclosed electrical board, fixed to the frame. Standard available functions:
- MAN-AUT selector.
- Automatic cycle start pushbotton.
- Alarm lamp for motor thermal protection.
- Emergency pushbotton with lamp.
- Terminal strips available for emergency and remote reset control
(feeder and/or press).
- Start - stop control by roller arm with two switches.
