Extractors
There are numerous types of extractor, depending on the nature of the grip offered by the bearing, its accessibility and the extraction force required.
Extractors with internal grip on the bore, designed in two parts, are manufactured in special, very strong steel. Two kits available: kit of six extractors for 12 mm to 45 mm bore diameters and a kit of four extractors for 35 mm to 100 mm bore diameters.
Extractor-separators with a 5-tonne capacity force screw. Simple progressive extraction of bearings or rings with external dimensions of between 22 mm and 115 mm, using a screwing action .
Self-centering manual combined extractors with two or three jaws. Three models available to be selected according to the outside diameter of the parts to be extracted and the required reach (maximum spread 120, 180 or 270 mm, maximum reach 80, 120 or 160 mm, capacity 2, 3 or 5 tonnes).
Self-centering combined hydraulic extractors with two or three jaws. Four versions available according to the necessary power and size (maximum opening 325, 485, 570 ou 680 mm, maximum reach 190, 305, 365 or 465 mm, capacity 4, 12, 20 or 30 tonnes, cylinder stroke 60, 80 or 111 mm).
In addition, accessory cases for 4 and 12-tonne extractors with universal three-section extraction plate.
Hydraulic nuts and pumps
Beyond a certain shaft diameter, the assembly or removal of a bearing from a tapered seat requires hydraulic assistance.
A hydraulic nut provides perfect adjustment control during assembly while limiting manual effort and reducing the time required for the operation. In addition to its hydraulic principle, the “Back and Forth” nut provides complete comfort with the automatic return of the thrust plate to its original position. This wide range of sizes can be used for assembly on 50 mm to 1000 mm shafts.
High-pressure hydraulic pumps are designed to be used with automatic return hydraulic nuts or for the assembly or removal of bearings on an oil film.
The pumps are supplied in series with accessories sized for 700 bar and 1500 bar.
