The dual-track rail trolley incorporate two SERAPID push/pull devices. One post is used to save time in the preparation of the next tool. Simple and effective, they ensure a rapid tool change with a stable reference time.

They can be extended if the press table is set back from the side posts.

     

Tool change time: 3 mins. Routine change time, preparation during press operation. Integrated safety mechanism, movements are monitored. Used for one press only. Electrically and hydraulically controlled. Fast return on investment because of very short change times.
