Vulkollan® is the most durable high performance elastomer (NDI) for dynamic load based on the raw material Desmodur® 15 from Covestro AG Leverkusen. The most important factor is a high strength bond to the metal that is only possible to achieve during the hot cast production process. Wheels made of Vulkollan® are 2,5 times higher resilient than solid elastic tyres and have the best mechanical features for abrasion, elasticity, tear strength and compression set which results long operating times and low maintenance costs. Option: hydrolytic resistance. All in the catalogue indicated load capacities refer to a speed of 4 km/h for indoor. Maximum loads for higher speed can be advised on demand.
