Worldwide access to CAN data
CANlink GSM 5001 / 5101 uses the GSM/GPRS network for the mobile transmission of CAN data around the globe. CAN messages from mobile and stationary CAN bus systems are packetized and sent to a remote server for displaying, monitoring, recording, and analyzing data from anywhere.
Global positioning with GPS
CANlink GSM 5101 is equipped with an integrated GPS module for global tracking of mobile objects. On request, further options, such as an integrated memory expansion, local I/Os, an RS-232 interface or integrated battery, can be realized for CANlink GSM 5001 / 5101.
RMsys Toolchain for easy configuration
The software RMsys Configurator provides excellent usability and enables the user to easily adapt the configuration of CANlink GSM 5001 / 5101 to the most diverse applications. With the help of this tool, it is also possible to update the firmware and to configure the devices remotely.
Remote diagnostics and management of fleets and machine parks
Combined with the sophisticated Proemion solutions, RM CANlink GSM allows for numerous telematics applications: With Proemion Real-Time, you can access CAN data of monitored machines or vehicles in near real-time – regardless of your current location. The Proemion Web Portal solution provides comprehensive options for machine park and fleet management via the Internet, such as reporting, optimizing routes and processes or theft protection with the help of geofencing.
