Half-size CPU Card: SBC82820

The SBC82820 is a PICMG v1.0 compliant half-size PCI bus CPU card which supports Intel® Pentium® M and Celeron® M processors with a 400/533MHz front side bus. This slot CPU card is equipped with two DDR2 SODIMM sockets which provide maximum up to 2GB system memory capacity. For large size LVDS LCD compliance, the SBC82820's LCD interface is through SDVO port of the integrated graphic controller with LVDS transmitter to support single and dual channels 24-bit LVDS signal interface. In the meanwhile, on the edge of the I/O outlet, it also provides DVI-I interface for both CRT and DVI-D displays. By these display interfaces, the singe board computer can perform fully DualView features configured as CRT plus LVDS or CRT plus DVI-D or DVI-D plus LVDS types. Taking the advantages of ICH6M's rich integrated I/O functions, the PCI bus slot CPU card provides two onboard PCI Express x1 bus Gigabit Ethernet ports, one PATA-100 port, two SATA-150 ports, DMA CompactFlash™ type-II socket, 4 USB 2.0 ports, AC'97 Audio with amplified, and SMBus for customized monitor/control interface.
