The C models from Thimonnier are heat sealing machines of high quality, mainly used for closing pouches and bags made of heat sealable materials.

The C sealers are fitted with two heating jaws with electronic temperature adjustment. It ensures a high temperature precision (+/- 1°c), essential for the sealing of polypropylene films.
The closing of jaws is controlled by :

* Mechanical foot pedal (C 20 P and C 32 P models)
* Pneumatic jack and an electrical foot pedal (ZA models)
The pneumatic control got two main assets:
* Allows increasing production speed, avoiding operator weariness,
* Provides a better steadiness in sealing quality.
In this case, the sealing time is adjusted with an electronic time-switch.

Thimonnier includes in its C20-C30 machines’ a connecting rod system. We obtain a strong clamping force (nearly 1 000 kg) while exerting just a slight pressure on the pedal. As welding laminated films require high compressive forces, thanks to this system, we’re obtaining a high standard welding.
