Presentation

The STORPAL is a ManuLine development in order to optimize your assembly line supply.

This innovative Milkrun train, whose directional stability is excellent, enables the automatic and manual loading & unloading of pallets and/or other containers.

The transfer of the load is safely assured by 3-4 platforms :

from the train to the workstation concerned, and/or
from the workstation to the train.

Moreover, the loading & unloading are possible on both sides of the platform (right or left).

Three versions are offered :

1) Manual version

Truck : with driver
Positioning : either by the driver with positioning aid at stopping point or by the driver with carefree handling at stopping point
Loading / unloading : manual (by the driver)

2) Semi-automatic version

Truck : with driver
Positioning : either by the driver with positioning aid at stopping point or by the driver with carefree handling at stopping point
Loading / unloading : automatic

3) Automatic version

Truck : AGV
Positioning : AGV
Loading / unloading : Automatic

Technical features

Standard milkrun train with 4 platforms, Loading/unloading : right and left, Maxi load : 1 500 kg per pallet, Train speed : 6 km/h in manual mode ; 3 km/h in automatic mode, Paletts dimensions : 120 cm x 80 cm, 120 cm x 100 cm ; or other dimensions on request (custom-made material).
