  • 6 separately driven motor spindles with C-axis capabilities
  • Speed control for optimal cutting speeds, favorable chip breaking, and short cycle times
  • 10 independently working CNC-controlled tool slides, optionally with one or two axis
  • 7 additional one or two axis tool slides for manufacturing complex workpieces
  • Particularly suitable for part families due to flexible setup and fast changeover
  • Complete machining with driven tools in all spindle positions
  • High dampening effect of hydrostatically guided Z-axis
  • Backworking with synchronized pickup spindle and 3 tools

    • The MS32P offers up to 17 tool carriers and up to 2 tools on most tool carriers. The machine is equipped with a second opposed headstock housing.

    This housing can be equipped with up to 7 additional compound slides and up to 2 counter spindles.

    The compound slides are identical with those on the main spindle headstock. The counter spindle will also pick up the work piece during cutoff for backworking.
