Oil Mold Controller Type XH100-200

The mold controllers of the XH100-200 range operate with oil up to a temperature of 300°C or 350°C (option).
 
The XH controllers are equipped a high flow pump assuring only a small difference in temperature between oil outlet and return in the temperature controller. An antithermosiphon loop in the expansion chamber allows for low oil temperature in contact with the air (no oil oxidation and no smoke).
 
5 models offer heating powers of 100, 126, 150, 180, 200 kW. 
 
Control is assured by a self-tuning controller with microprocessor.
 
Applications :
 
These temperature controllers are intended for high temperature applications requiring a heating power of up to 200 kW (large-sized moulds, double-jacketed tanks, heating tables, relatively fast temperature rise, control of process fluids for chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical industries, etc.) and particular monitoring of the temperature conditions.
