Orifice plate flowmeters for liquid, gas and steam service. Mounting in horizontal or vertical pipes. Supply of orifice plate and by-pass flowmeter. Isolation valves and by-pass circuit are not supplied. Application areas:  Suitable for fire protection systems and cooling circuits, among others. Technical specifications: 

Indication by means of by-pass flowmeter

Materials:

  • EN 1.4404 (SS 316L), PVC, PP, … others on request

Measuring ranges:

  • 2 m3/h … 20000 m3/h H2O
  • 30 Nm3/h … 300000 Nm3/h air

Accuracy:

  • +-4% f.s.

Connections:

  • DN50 … DN1000
  • Orifice plate mounted between flanges
  • Flowmeter fittings threaded, flanged or solvent weld socket
  • Pressure inlets ¾” BSP

Local indication

Options:

  • 1 or 2 adjustable switches (different options according to by-pass flowmeter)
  • 4-20 mA output, Ex version on request, according to transmitter model
  • HART ™ protocols, Profibus, Fieldbus on request, according to transmitter model
