The industrial park of La Croisière welcomes industrial activities, logistics and services at the intersection of a north-south (Motorway A 20: Belgium, Paris-Toulouse, Spain) and east-west (Expressway RCEA 145 Germany, Lyon - Clermont-Ferrand – La Rochelle) major axis.

Over 300 Km of the motorway or express roads (four lanes) are toll free. 

The industrial park is entirely equipped with the water, rain and wastewater networks, the energy and communication networks including an optical fibre network for very high speed internet or data transfer up to 1 Gigabyte at the price of 7 €/m² (exclusive of  taxes).
