Product system

Troax offers a flexible system of modular protective walls for production environments. The systems are based on posts with different fittings that are combined with sturdy panels of metal mesh, sheeting or polycarbonate. The posts fit several fitting systems so you can create the optimal combination for your machine guarding cell.

All systems have fitting details which remain even when the protection has been disassembled, as required by the Machinery Directive. You can read more about safety norms and product testing under the Machine Safety tab.

The systems have a standard height of 2,200 mm and 1,400 mm with a 150 mm floor gap to allow for easier cleaning. The panels are available in 7 different widths, from 200 mm up to 1,500 mm.

Both the panels and the posts can be customised to create the desired dimensions. Fitting details, panels and posts for all our systems are kept in stock and can be delivered immediately.

Strong Fix

Strong Fix is our latest system for challenging and exposed environments. With sturdy 80x80 posts and strong fittings, the Strong Fix system is the best alternative when there is a high risk of collisions or impact. The system has been tested along with ST30 mesh panels to handle impacts up to 2,000 joules. Usage includes cells for industrial robots. Meets the requirements of the Machinery Directive, 2006/42/EC.

Rapid Fix

Rapid Fix is an innovative system with quick brackets that allow panels to be easily removed, for example when performing machine maintenance. This allows for quick access to the whole machine cell, and equally quick reassembly. The system has been tested with our mesh panels to handle impacts up to 1,000 joules. Compatible with Smart Fix. Usage includes machine cells. Meets the requirements of the Machinery Directive, 2006/42/EC.

Smart Fix

Smart Fix is a well-proven and durable machine guarding system with threaded brackets which, along with our mesh panels has been tested to handle impacts of up to 1,600 joules. The system is easy to assemble and can be adjusted to compensate for uneven floors. Compatible with other Troax machine guarding systems. Usage includes automated production. Meets the requirements of the Machinery Directive, 2006/42/EC.

Combi Fix

Our Combi Fix system combines Rapid Fix's lower bracket, where the panel is hooked, and Smart Fix's threaded bracket. This creates a strong and flexible system which can easily be disassembled, for example when performing machine maintenance. Flexible height adjustment allows you to compensate for uneven floors and panels of different height. Meets the requirements of the Machinery Directive, 2006/42/EC.

Stainless steel

High Line is a hygienic, stainless steel machine guard designed to combine hygiene and security. Open profiles and fully-welded panels without horizontal surfaces ensure efficient and hygienic cleaning, even when installing directly against the floor. Mainly used in the food and pharmaceuticals industries. Also available as a simpler system with unframed mesh. Meets the requirements of the Machinery Directive, 2006/42/EC.
