Facem developed and manufactured sealing station for the automatic processing of sealed single-sheet envelopes:

Invoices, final demands, summonses, payslips, cheques, offence notices, bank statements, points statements, confidential information and PIN codes, recommended for secure documents.

Sealing station set nline with a folding machine

Main functions let a high-pressure sealing of forms using 6 steel cylinders. An output between 12000 and 25000 envelopes per hour depending on envelope type is guarantee.

The station is also fitted with an automatic detection in the event of an input or output jam. Dectection and counting of out-coming forms is insured by an infrared cell.
