They incorporate the SERAPID push/pull device. They are usually paired with a tool preparation trolley to save time.

Simple and efficient, they ensure tool change with a stable reference time. They can be extended if the press table is set back from the side posts. Optionally, they can be used for two back-to-back presses.

When the trolley is combined with tool holders, the preparation for the tool change can be done while the press is still in operation, to save time.

    

Tool change time: 5 mins (routine) Integrated safety mechanism, movements are monitored. Reserved for one press (generally) Electrically and hydraulically controlled.
