Sliding frame silos are a reliable and efficient solution for extracting products stored in flat-bottom silos. The silo bottom is equipped with a moving frame whose function is to uniformly scrape the surface and transport the product to one discharge screw conveyor or more. The bulk material is discharge according to the FIFO principle: First In, First Out.  The frame's movement prevents the formation of vaults in the silo.

This system is suitable for the storage of wood chips, dehydrated sludge and other bulk materials.

Scraping frame systems exist for either rectangular or circular silos.

We also provide extraction systems consisting of multiple screw conveyors for rectangular silos and hoppers.
