Tetra Pak® Dust Filter C FL002 is specifically designed to remove dust from small volumes of air (for instance airlock valve degassing and compact dust collector equipment). The filter can be equipped with a suction application.

The unique compact design allows easy fitting in an existing installation or in a limited space.

Maintenance can be carried out easily thanks to the quick access to the filtering sleeves. The filter has a cylindrical stainless steel body and is suitable for the food, plastic and chemical industries for products with MIE > 3mJ.

The process air goes through a filtering medium where the dust particles are retained. Compressed air is sequentially injected inside the round bag.

A reverse jet effect is then created to remove dust from the filtering medium. The dust is either collected or sent back into the process. The round shape of the bags creates a hygienic environment because there are no creases to collect dust. Furthermore the cylindrical design of the body prevents powder retention.
