· Definition : small furnace with metal chamber that tilts into a quench tank. For quenching or annealing applications, work under inert gas (or flammable gas option)

·Construction : Transfer of the parts from furnace into the quenching tank, without air contact. Parts recovery tank.

· Insulation : Metallic housing is insulated form quenching tank.

· Quench tank  : stainless steel tank for quench liquid (oil, emulsions, solutions, salt…). Heated by shielded resistors (oil: max 200 °C; salt: max. 450 °C)

· Heating: 2 taps for regulation of protective gas

· Electricity : 230 V voltage, 50 Hz frequency

·Regulation : PID Axron regulator. Digital timer programmer for automatic start-up and halt

· Certification : CE marking, operating instructions: FR
