ECO 4 (Sn96.5-Ag3-Cu0.5) is a high performance lead free alloy composed of tin, silver and copper, with a high degree of fluidity guaranteed. This composition complies with ISO 9453: 2015 (alloy 711) and RoHS compliant. This makes our ECO 4 alloy useful in different processes including:
 
Wave, selective and dip welding.
Insertion and reworking of components for surface mount technology for the automotive electronics assembly industry.
