The double tower molecular sieve dehumidifiers are designed for the processing of hygroscopic plastics up to 3000 kg/hour.

They are suitable for plastics in the form of granules (virgin or regrind), micro-granules and powders.

Main features :
·         Dehumidified air regeneration and progressive cooling system, resulting in lower residual moisture content and longer sieve life
·         Fully automatic and self-adaptive operation
·         Significant electrical energy savings thanks to the "passive rotation" operating cycle of the desiccant beds, which is the most efficient existing dehumidification system.
·         Operation without chilled water or air
·         Recovery of return air via an exclusive heat exchanger
·         Progressive cooling system to increase the performance and lifetime of molecular sieves.

Easy maintenance (easy access) Wide range of products with the possibility of centralized / multi hopper application Significant reduction in power consumption thanks to DDT technology Low operating cost: no connection to the air or chilled water network
