Stäubli has developed a new solution to make robot programming easier for all user profiles.

From the new SP2+ manual control box, the VAL Blocks solution makes robot programming quick and easy, without the need for specific training. Robot programming is made easier with a graphic environment that contains no lines of code, but function blocks that enable simple actions to be carried out, without compromising performance or precision. It is now possible to create your own application by dragging and dropping application blocks (part pick-up, part drop-off, movements, etc.) directly from the SP2+ touch screen. This solution adapts to your use through custom blocks, using VAL 3 code, and is compatible with all Stäubli robots equipped with a CS9 controller, both 4- or 6-axis.
