VERTICAL AUTOMATIC DOUBLE HEAD FILLING MACHINE :
THE M5200 is perfect for forming, filling and sealing pillow pouches using rolls of polyethylene.
The pouches are continuously fi lled from a bu er tank that is under constant level and controlled by a proportional valve and a level sensor.
The M5200 employs brushless electronic controls for greater fl exibility of use and high precision dosage at high speeds.
The M5200 is built in accordance with standard 3A and complies with USPHS and FDA specifi cations and the recommendations of the EHEDG.
Its frame is built with steel covered with stainless steel to ensure its fi rmness and longevity. All of the parts that come into contact with the product are built from AISI 316L stainless steel.
A Clean-in-Place (CIP) has been integrated into the M5200’s design.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT :
- Pouches disinfected in germicidal UV tubes before being shaped
- Clean in Place (CIP)
- The M5200’s automated controls are located in a separate air-tight
cabinet with a control touch screen.
- Alarm messages displayed on control screen: end of reel,
low level in bu er tank, access doors open…
