In 1851, Worlée started its business as a trading house, delivering natural resins like shellac, copal and dammar from overseas to its customers in Europe, which is still does today. Since the 1960, Worlée's main focus has been on the development and production of high quality synthetic resins and additives, solvent- and water-based, for the paints, coatings and ink industries.
