VARIcool technology specifically for air-cooled UV LED systems, is a closed loop electronic system which automatically adjusts the air-cooling to individual segments within the total length of the LED array according to both the ambient temperature and the working duty cycle, delivering a consistent output even in working environments of up to 45 degrees centigrade.

Further ensures a totally consistent and even output along the length of a UV LED head even on the longest of UV LED arrays. Greatly reduces the fan noise traditionally associated with air-cooled LED's down to market leading low levels, as low as 56dBa.
