AirVantage have been designed in order to optimize the double diaphragms pumps effectiveness. Its action permit to keep all the AODDP benefits, while using the last technologies of control.

AirVantage have been thought in order to keep a simple installation, integrating the electric energy production in the circuit. So, an external electric power is available on request. In case of failure in the AirVantage system, the pump continue to work as a normal double diaphragms pump. AirVantage adjusts automatically the compressed air admission in the chambers so as to maintain an optimal efficiency. It is not necessary to provide the operating parameters of the pump to the processor: the system contains an algorithm that analyzes the operation of the pump without air debit remanipulation, before starting the optimization process.
