AIS Vision Systems is a company specialised in machine vision and automated quality control, based in Sabadell (Barcelona, Spain).

It designs, manufactures and integrates machine vision solutions that inspect 100% of production: defect detection, label and cap inspection, marking verification, OCR reading and 1D/2D code reading and verification.

Its systems combine high-resolution industrial cameras, controlled lighting and Deep Learning (neural networks developed by the AIS / Rosepetal group) to automate inspection, automatically reject non-conforming products and record production data.
