The Alcatel-Lucent 7352 ISAM FTTB ONT O-00240V is a GPON-fed 24port VDSL2 remote, designed to deliver triple play services with high bandwidth capacity in MDU buildings without the need to run fiber cables to each customer. It is the first full QoS FTTB ONT on the market supporting VDSL2 30a and 17a profiles: It incorporates the unique Virtual ONT concept that guarantees that each VDSL copper user has the same Quality of Service (QoS) as FTTH/GPON users (with the same type of GPON T-CONT mechanism) which makes it unsurpassed for use in mixed FTTH/FTTB networks. It is a high throughput, small form factor device (1U high, smallest form factor in industry) with low power consumption, which uses Full Service Access Network (FSAN) standards compliant GPON technology to deliver any mix of voice, video or data for up to 24 subscribers. Its low profile design is ideal for installation in terminal rooms in a rack, closet, or outdoor cabinets.
