Automatic circular saws - Measuring - BMS

The BMS-90 is a measure machine in line which, like the SCC-90, can be coupled with a saw machine. BMS-90, works with a method where two plates make contact with the tube to measure, the position of these plates are stipulated with very precise linear measuring system. This machine can feed maximum of approx. 3400 per hour to process in-line with the other Bewo saw machine.

The statistic measure results are graphically presented for both machines on the central console. BEWO Cutting Systems B.V. can offer a software programme for a standard PC. This programme presents the data in the same manner such as on the console with this difference that every measured value is stored in a file on the hard disk of the computer. This file can be analysed at a later stage by the programme itself or you could use a programme like MS-Excel.
