The welder has been studied to weld 90° corners, with weld bead limiting devices already adjusted.
Weld bead limiting devices adjusted at 2mm. Totally automatic work cycle driven by PLC. PLC
controls cooling time too. The heating plates come from behind with sliding on linear guide with high precision system. This system is situated in a defined way in order to avoid problems during the time, which derivate from the hot temperature of the welding plates. By this way it manages totally the electronic side of the machine.
