The "E-fill S", which is designed by CDA, is a complete automatic packing line. It is the latest generation of automatic filling - screw-capping - labelling machine by CDA.
Designed for small bottles from 5 to 30 ml, it is the ideal solution for automated packing of liquids.
It can reach a production rate of 3000 bottles/hour (i.e. 50 bottles/minute).
Depending on the options, the machine is equipped with:
- Dual peristaltic pump and two dosing needles
- 3-point labelling system with an accuracy of ±1 mm
- Dual screw-capping machine integrated on pick & place system
- Automatic bottle and cap feed
- Automatic bottle unscrambler - 8-inch LCD touchscreen
