The Clean Air Engineering CEM Heated In-Line Filter and Pump is intended for emissions testing and chemical analysis. It is important to maintain a constant temperature around 120 ° C to ensure that moisture, sour gas and other constituents of the gas stream do not condense before entering the analysis equipment. This can lead to hardware damage as well as loss of important data. The heated in-line filter and pump assembly helps ensure the accuracy of gas samples by providing a heated path for the gas prior to analysis. The filter, stainless steel needle valve and pump are insulated and heated. This unit includes a dual heater controller. All components are modular and therefore easy to maintain. This device is also small and light, which makes it easy to carry. For use in: process monitoring, stack testing, EMC, gas and diesel sampling.

The heated in-line filter holder with a heated ADI sample pump for sample gas distribution. This combination can be used with an extractive FTIR system or other hot CEMS to provide hot sample flow without particles for your measurement system.
