Coil punching machine for large panels: PXN 1250

The DALCOS® coil punching machine PXN 1250 is the machine designed for manufacturing large panels. Machinable strips range from 50mm to 1250mm in width. The
PXN 1250 is therefore used in the production of panels for reinforced and fire doors, panels for refrigerator doors, lightweight structural elements for air-treatment systems, road signs and signals and all the sectors already described for PXN 800. The two opposing and independent punching heads allow the simultaneous front and back punching of symmetrical products. Thanks to the DALCOS® VEGA Bialternato® patented feeder, prepainted or prefinished materials with or without protective film are processed in such a way that even the most delicate surfaces emerge mar free.
The DALCOS® PXN 1250 systems may be customized in terms of the number of moving and fixed punch presses. The DALCOS® rotating G-TOOLS may be included in the set-up for even greater machine flexibility. The use of standard thick turret style punches, available throughout the world, makes the PXN 1250 highly versatile.
