The DALCOS® coil punching machine PXN 800 is the most popular DALCOS machine due to its versatility and output combined with the excellent quality/price ratio. It is used in manufacturing metal furniture, shelving, electrical boxes, switch gear panels, lightweight structural elements for lighting, post office boxes, air-treatment products, manifold boxes for underfloor heating and in many other sectors. Its main feature consists of the two opposing and independent punching heads, which allow the simultaneous front and back punching of symmetrical products. Thanks to the DALCOS® VEGA Bialternato® patented feeder, prepainted or prefinished materials with or without protective film are processed in such a way that even the most delicate surfaces emerge mar free. The DALCOS® PXN 800 systems may be customized in terms of the number of moving and fixed punch presses.
The DALCOS® rotating G-TOOLS may be included in the set-up for even greater machine flexibility. The use of standard thick turret style punches, available throughout the world, makes the PXN 800 highly versatile.
