confocalDT IFS2402 displacement sensors are designed for high precision applications in restricted installation spaces. The confocal chromatic IFS2402 miniature sensors with an outer diameter of just 4 mm and a stainless steel houisng are used in narrow cavities and drill holes.  The sensor model with radial beam path for the detection of walls and structures is of particular advantage here.
