The confocal IFS2406 series stands out due to its compact design and high precision. As well as for distance measurements on reflecting and transparent surfaces, the sensor can also be used in one-sided thickness measurements of transparent film, plates or layers. With axial and radial measurement directions, the IFS2406-2,5 sensors are particularly versatile and suitable for vacuum applications.
