SUPERPOSED 3-LEVELS-CONVEYOR OVEN
A common supporting structure (chassis)
Chassis realized with welded steel profiles and serving to support all the components explained in the offer ; zones in contact with heat are made with alusi ; other, external zones have PUR paintings (choice of RAL colors).
A laboratory – useful inner space of the oven (internal chamber)
The laboratory is realized with alusi sheets, tightly welded. Internal air ducts for directing the heated air are fixed to the laboratory. Air fins enable to even the air distribution (homogene air distribution) and ensure that the same temperature is applied to all products in the heated zone. The laboratory represents one heated zone.
The casing
The external walls of the oven are realized out of laquered steel sheets, painted according the RAL color of your choice. They are welded on the chassis.Lateral doors located on the wall side of the oven enable convenient access to the conveyor if necessary.
Brewing fan
Brewing fans - in quantities according to the oven version (as above) - are installed at each zone of the oven ; they are in charge of recirculating the hot air in the oven.
Heating unit
Each zone has its own heating résistances racks-- in quantities according to the oven version (as above).
Conveyors
The conveyors consist of :
➢ A scales conveyor (custom design) with high-duty scales screwed on auto-lubricating conveyor chains (so called green chains), to support part fixtures (optional supply). The chains are driven by toothed wheels.
➢ Every scale is equipped with fixtures on three spots for keeping
3 stators per scale. The are fixed by screws and move freely to enable the recentering (refer to 3.1.8.).
➢ A set of toothed wheels is in charge to drive the conveyor. Their shaft will be linked to a gear motor by a transmission chain sprocket drive.
The other set of toothed wheels ensure the chain’s return.
➢ A geared motor is in charge of the step-by-step move of the conveyor. It is protected by a hood.
➢ Two proximity sensors enable to detect the stop position of the conveyor.
➢ A pneumatically driven chain tensioner included
Sliding doors
➢ Pneumatic doors opening to the side and closing each end/ opening of the two superimposed ovens.
An electrical cabinet ; plc
Not included in our supply. Can be supplied (optional).
Automation and interfaces will be identical to the previous project.
EA-Boxes, simple terminal boxes for the In- and output connection
As an option :
- Every equipement has its own electric cabinet (2 electric cabinets) for control, drive and supply including 1 HMI, PLC (manufacturer Siemens).
