The ASI Model DP-060 Series Probe Heater is specially developed for use with new ASI in situ dilution samplers or existing EPMs (dilution probes).
 
Another simple and inexpensive way to minimize downtime for your CEMS sampling equipment.
 
Lighter :
The assembly with the extension pipe will be much lighter as it will use a nominal 3 "(OD 3-1 / 2") pipe instead of the nominal 3-1 / 2 "(OD 4") pipe as with the EPM 797.561L model. Check out our “Stack Tester” versions, they use a nominal 1-1 / 2 ”(1.90” OD) pipe !!
 
Compact:
Can fit into smaller battery / ID conduit holes as the extension ring does not exceed the outside diameter of the extension pipe by 3-1 / 2 ". The EPM model has an extension ring with an outer diameter of 5 ”.
 
Compatible:
Can be used with existing in situ dilution probes regardless of probe flange type, as long as the probe has a newer style filter cap assembly (with groove for the Kalrez® O-ring at the end of the probe ).
 
Adaptable:
Custom adapters can be produced to attach the heated probe assembly to many existing extension pipe configurations. Also, has three tapped holes on the end face of the outer heating mantle, which can be used to attach the particle baffle if desired (custom made by end user or designed by ASI on request).
 
Interchangeable:
Heating coils are interchangeable between this heater assembly and EPM 797.560 series heaters.
 
Economic :
Whether you are looking for a basic coil replacement or a complete heater package, it costs significantly less than previously available EPM models.
