DV 2 shot blast systems are provided with two manipulators. The size and carrying force of the manipulator clamps can be adapted to suit the parts to be cleaned.

Due to its space saving design concept, DV shot blast systems can easily be integrated into existing plants.

During operation, one manipulator is in the blast chamber while the second is loaded or unloaded.

Blast cleaning is normally carried out in one single cycle. Abrasive remaining in the workpiece is removed inside the system.

  • Blast cleaning and deburring of castings, descaling or shot peening of rotary parts
  • Two manipulators, 4 blast wheels
  • Separate loading / unloading chamber, shot removal inside machine
  • Complete blast cleaning in one single cycle
  • Parts can be cleaned in pairs
