EasyControl : EC P

– Positioning control for feed units: Actuation of up to 4 NC units, e.g. Bihler or Minster gripper o roller feed units. Additional NC axes for tooling applications can be added as required.
– Press force monitoring: There are 4 force transducers on 4 positions on the press, and they can be monitored, individual or as a total force. The measuring sensors are not included with delivery of the controls.
– Tooling controller: The standard control unit is equipped with 2 I/O bus modules each with 16 freely programmable channels, with inputs and outputs for sensors and functions. The tooling controller provides a scan time resp. cycle time of 400 ?s, taking effect on the NC feed unit with the functions feed stop an machine stop or feed return and machine stop. Resulting in reduced tooling malfunctions.
– Machine control for presses: with I/O bus modules (240 inputs/outputs) for the complete press control unit.
