The T Series fiber laser tube cutting machine is designed for the industrial cutting of metal tubes and profiles with a high level of precision and productivity. Thanks to its fiber laser technology, it efficiently processes a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass. This solution meets the needs of metal fabrication workshops requiring fast, repeatable cutting performance for high-volume production.

The machine incorporates a high-speed automated loading and unloading system that optimizes production rates and reduces downtime between cycles. Its four-jaw pneumatic chuck ensures rapid and stable tube positioning while accommodating a variety of tube shapes, sizes, and wall thicknesses. This configuration improves cutting accuracy and minimizes positioning errors.

The T Series is built on a highly automated architecture with multi-axis synchronization, ensuring fast and smooth movements during cutting operations. Controlled by an EtherCAT BUSBAR CNC platform and CypCut software, the machine provides precise path control and simplified programming.
