Fine Filters for offline oil : HDU 427/ 54 - 81 - 108

HDU 427/- are Fine Filters for offline oil filtration with 4 stays/stacks of filter inserts fitted inside a single filter housing. They are used to maintain clean oils and fluids in medium to large hydraulic power transmission, lubrication, cooling and quenching systems.

The filter is a 3-micron absolute filter with a high dirt-holding capacity and a cellulose-based filter insert that removes particles, retains oil degradation products (oxidation resin/sludge, varnish), and absorbs dissolved/emulsified and free water from oil.

The HDU 427/- series is available in sizes 427/54, 427/81 and 427/108, using 4 stacks, with each containing 2, 3 or 4 CJC™ Filter Inserts.

CJC™ Oil Maintenance Systems are available in a range of design configurations including pre-heaters, drip pans, tanks, and control boxes.

The HDU 427/- series is ideal for:

• Marine diesel engine lubrication.
• Lubrication systems (e.g., roll-neck bearings, screw down gears, etc.),
• Quench works,
• and similar industrial and marine applications.

Used for quench oil, the filter removes:

• Dust, metal particles, rust.
• Ingressed water.
• Oxidation deposits.
• Cracking deposits (resins).
