The machine is designed for the automatic assembly of BLZ terminal strips consisting of a maximum of five individual components. The assembly cells can be used both as automatic and manual cells. The number of poles can be set from 2 to 24 bar.

The cover and housing are fed in by hand, and the contacts, proving ring and screws are fed in by spiral bowl feeder. The screws are separated and shot in. Transport to the individual assembly stations is by means of inline and belt conveyors. Various tests are carried out during the assembly process. Conforming and nonconforming parts are separated by means of a gate and transferred to two containers (order size can be set).

The machine is designed as an assembly robot and can be operated in normal production in both automatic program control and single step mode.
