The Autosorb 3300 is a fully automated flow chemisorption analyzer designed for comprehensive catalyst characterization. It performs pulse chemisorption measurements as well as Temperature-Programmed Reduction (TPR), Oxidation (TPO), Desorption (TPD), and Surface Reaction (TPSR) analyses with outstanding accuracy and reproducibility.
Equipped with a highly sensitive four-filament Thermal Conductivity Detector (TCD), the system delivers reliable measurements of active metal surface area, metal dispersion, and catalyst activity. Its high-temperature furnace reaches up to 1,200 °C, enabling the characterization of a wide range of catalyst materials under realistic operating conditions.
The instrument features calibrated gas injection loops, automatic gas mixing, and intelligent automation that minimizes manual intervention while improving experimental consistency.
