The Autosorb 3300 is a fully automated flow chemisorption analyzer designed for comprehensive catalyst characterization. It performs pulse chemisorption measurements as well as Temperature-Programmed Reduction (TPR), Oxidation (TPO), Desorption (TPD), and Surface Reaction (TPSR) analyses with outstanding accuracy and reproducibility.

Equipped with a highly sensitive four-filament Thermal Conductivity Detector (TCD), the system delivers reliable measurements of active metal surface area, metal dispersion, and catalyst activity. Its high-temperature furnace reaches up to 1,200 °C, enabling the characterization of a wide range of catalyst materials under realistic operating conditions.

The instrument features calibrated gas injection loops, automatic gas mixing, and intelligent automation that minimizes manual intervention while improving experimental consistency. The Kaomi React software provides intuitive method development, real-time data visualization, automated analysis, and comprehensive report generation, allowing researchers to streamline catalyst characterization workflows.
