HM Machinery's 2-Axis Digital HBM Hydraulic HM Hydraulic Sheet Metal Folders have an increased rigidity design and offer a range of exceptional features for maximum bending flexibility.

When bending large materials, bending accuracy is essential and HM Machinery HBM Hydraulic Sheet Metal Folders maintain their precision over the full width of the bend.
With the complexity of the Dibond panel, consistent quality and accuracy are essential to ensure the connectivity of each panel.

The lower deck is hydraulically driven by pinions and rack for better control and greater bend accuracy compared to a normal hydraulic transmission system.
HBM Hydraulic Sheet Metal Folders provide hydraulic pressure adjustment based on material thickness - so that damage to the material surface is always avoided. The thickness of the material is easily adjusted using a vernier steering wheel.

• CNC NC 2-axis SCHNEIDER with programmable bending angle.
• Motorized backstop of 800 mm with possibility of 1000 steps, it means for example that it is possible to make 50 programs with 20 steps or 100 programs with 10 steps. The backgauge and the drive belt offer fast movement and high precision positioning up to 800 mm (1250 mm optional).
