The below listed IGBTs are either well suited for UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supplies), solar applications (inverters) or motor drive inverters. Incorporated into some of the devices is a soft and fast co−packaged free wheeling diode with a low forward voltage.

The L2 series is especially suitable for motor drive applications (also for welder applications).

The FL2 series is especially suitable for Solar/UPS and welder applications.

Extremely efficient trench with Field Stop Technology TJmax = 175°C Soft fast reverse recovery diode (for some of the devices) Optimized for high speed switching 5 µs or 10 µs short−circuit capability Switching frequency: 10-50kHz (FL2 series), 2-20kHz (L2 series) Pb−free devices
