RATHI JawFlex-L couplings, with straight branch star are available in the widest variety of bore / keyway combinations in the industry. JawFlex-L couplings require no lubrication and provide reliable service for light, medium and heavy engine applications. The applications are capable of ensuring the transmission of energy to industrial equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, compressors, fans, mixers, and conveyors. JawFlex-L couplings are available in 19 sizes from a minimum torque of 0.4 Nm to a maximum torque of 10770 Nm and a bore range of 5mm to 115mm.
JawFlex-L couplings consist of two hubs and an elastomer star, known as a spider, cushion or elastic element. The stars with straight branches are available in NITRILE, a resistant material for all industries, polyurethane, hytrel or bronze. RATHI is the only distributor to offer a new polymer material, the H-Trans, capable of technically providing the same capacity as the PU 55D and PO 80A materials. Our accessories are multi-brand compatible in interchangeability. RATHI the only manufacturer of couplers to offer you the ATEX standard for the products in the range.
