ULTRA FINE DISPENSING

The MDS 3200F uses a new method to access the maximum system power even with limited tappet movements. This allows for very smalldrops in the aera of 0,3nl or lines with a width of less than 200 μm.

REPRODUCCIBILITY OF DISPENSING RESULTS

Software enhanced parameter finding combined with the new control unit MDC 3200+ guarantees the reproducibility of dispensing results and uncomplicated operation by the user. This is true even for systems in parallel assignment.

FULL COMPATIBILITY

The system is fully compatible with the whole range of component parts of the MDV 3200A, including nozzle inserts and other parts in contact with the dispense material.

VERSATILITY

Freely adjustable parameter settings allow customizing the jet properties to fluid properties.
Electronic control unit allows change of dispensing parameters without delay
Modular design allows user definided configurations for various applications.
