Flexible tropicalization varnish, UV LED polymerization

K-LITE 857E is a single-component transparent varnish, designed for the protection of printed circuits subjected to harsh environments as well as for the coating and protection of LEDs. K-LITE 857E benefits from dual cure technology (UV/moisture) enabling cross-linking in shaded areas. K-LITE 857E can be applied in a selective application machine, which is the ideal application method. K-LITE 857E complies with REACH and RoHS regulations. UV adhesive is a curable adhesive available in acrylate or epoxy base for flexible and high strength mechanical bonding applications. UV adhesives are cured by exposing the adhesive to visible light or UV light.

Popular for bonding operations with high transparency requirements, UV adhesive has good adhesion in the assembly of glass, metal and most plastics (glass-to-glass, glass-to-metal, glass-to-plastic assembly).
