Presentation

The LMS/TET system uses the continuous process for the production of laminate tube bodies and compression moulding for laminate tube heads. The new HF seamer is equipped with a new generation rotary cutter in order to reduce ovality and improve the quality of cut. The production of tubes takes place in line: the compression moulding technology forms the head, which is simultaneously fused to the tube body by means of melting energy ensuring a perfect and reliable shoulder bond. No pre-formed injection heads are necessary.
The header has also an integated capping station and can handle top seal, tube orientation, oval tube production, barrier liner system (as an option).
